Refuge Youth - New Location, Slight Schedule Change

This is a huge week at Refuge! We will be having youth in our new building for the first time. It is located just down the street at 1004 W. Liberty (right next to Janet's Dance Studio).

We've also made a slight schedule change. To accomodate a growing number of students, we are going to test out a staggered starting time.

In a nutshell, our doors open at 5:30pm for JrHi students, with food at 6pm. At 6:30pm, the JrHi devotion time begins. Parent  pickup for JrHi is 7:45pm (15 minutes earlier than usual).

High School students can roll in later. The Youth Center part of the building will be theirs starting at 6:45pm. Then, they will join the full group for music at 7:20pm. When the JrHi students leave, the HS students will stay for their own devotion time. They will clear out by 8:30pm.

Here's the thing. We started Refuge Ministries because we felt God calling for a fresh approach to 'church' in the Mexico, MO community -- to reach students, singles, and young families who would not otherwise walk into a church building. We will face obstacles! MORE

When We Meet
Refuge Worship meets Saturday evenings at 6pm. Come just as you are!

Refuge Youth Meets 6pm - 8pm on Wednesdays. Doors to the youth center open at 5:30pm.
